
itmWEB FOUNDER NAMED TO NATIONAL AITP BOARD OF DIRECTORS
AUSTIN, TEXAS, (JANUARY 7, 2000) -- The Association of Information Technology Professionals, AITP, today announced for the year 2000 its New National Officers and New Board Members serving the IT profession.
New National Directors-at-Large will be Jerry L. Buckland, Russ Finney, CDP, and Christine Leja, CDP.
Russ Finney, Founder of the itmWEB Site™, is also the Director of Information Systems for one of the world's largest semiconductor production equipment manufacturers. He has been a member of AITP since 1986, and he has served as President for both the Austin and Houston, TX Chapters of the organization. During 1999, Finney also served as a columnist for AITP's national publication "Information Executive".
